Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. I understand sometimes life happens, and you need to cancel or reschedule. As a courtesy, please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any late cancellation fees.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% service fee, which must be paid before booking future appointments.
No-Show Policy
A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without notice. Because this time has been reserved exclusively for you, the full cost of the missed appointment must be paid before rescheduling.
Guests with repeated no-shows may be required to prepay future appointments at the time of booking.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time so we can give your service the care and attention it deserves.
15 minutes late: Your service may still proceed, but part(s) of your service may be skipped in order to stay on schedule.
30 minutes late or more: I may no longer be able to accommodate your service within the allotted time and your appointment may need to be rescheduled. In this case, it will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the 50% missed service fee.
